TickTockMail grew completely organically off the back of our clients needs. For the past 5 years we have operated a successful website design agency and as our clients grew - as we grew - the need for a solid platform on which to send email campaigns emerged.
Many of our clients wanted to utilise their existing assets (customer databases) in new ways. In many cases, clients had a solid mailing list built up from years of doing business, and wanted to approach it in a new way. In some cases people just didn't have the budget for another direct mail piece - or their direct mail pieces were declining in performance. Whatever the reason, people were looking to switch to email marketing with greater purpose.
The problem was, many of them didn't have the know how to get the full benefit out of their list, which is where we came in. Our years in the design business have given us a very strong background in how to communicate successfully - whether that's in a business to business environment, or targeting the consumers. As email marketing becomes more visual, the overlaps with web design are increasingly apparent. It made sense for the company who developed their website to also develop their email marketing. So we put together the 'full service' package you can read about on this site.
This suited a lot of peoples needs - and it was no skin off our nose to open it up to those clients who already had the know how - which is why we started up our 'DIY' plan - to give those customers who wanted it, freedom to develop their own templates and manage their own campaigns.
So, off the back of our website design, we provide ticktockmail.com. We hope you find it useful.
The provision of reports and charts for your projects is one of the most important things you'll be looking at - you've got to show the boss the results, right?

Well, we provide complete statistics on each campaign - down to the last email address - and we can provide them over a period of time for you, so that nothing gets missed.
